Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our analytics business. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in generating leads for services, solutions, and products across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, telecom, BFSI, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential customers through market research, industry events, and digital channels.
Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other innovative methods.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs and align them with our solutions.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market challenges, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Develop and refine the lead generation strategy based on industry and client feedback.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
Support the sales team by providing relevant customer insights and preparing detailed lead reports.
Performance Tracking:
Use CRM tools to track lead generation activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of leads generated and conversion rates.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in lead generation and business development (2-3 years).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with industries like automotive, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, telecom, and BFSI is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and lead-generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads).
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
